SB Turto Fondas UAB is a subsidiary of Šiaulių Bankas AB, established on August 13, 2002. The company's shareholder Šiaulių Bankas AB owns 100% of the company's votes.

SB Turto Fondas is a real estate management and administration company that performs real estate acquisition and sale operations and rents buildings and premises owned by the right of ownership throughout Lithuania.

SB Asset Management UAB is a subsidiary of Šiaulių Bankas AB, established on February 7, 2023. The company's shareholder Šiaulių Bankas AB owns 100% of the company's shares.

SB Asset Management UAB was established to properly prepare for the implementation of the agreement signed on 22 November 2022 regarding the merger of Invalda INVL AB retail asset management and life insurance businesses with Šiaulių Bankas AB (see. Notice), and which after the transaction closing date would take over the management business of pension funds and investment funds for its further development.

Subsidiaries of Šiaulių Bankas AB include Šiaulių Banko Lizingas UAB which does not operate separately as the company's activities are integrated into the system of Šiaulių Bankas AB.
