Dear Clients of the bank Finasta AB,

Please be informed that Your investment accounts from the information system of the Bank Finasta have been transferred to the information system of Šiaulių bankas. Please get acquitted with the relevant changes.

The General terms of Derivative Financial Instruments Agreement (PDF) are changed. The amendments shall come in force in 30 calendar days from the announcement of the present information. We kindly recommend the clients who have signed the aforementioned agreement to get acquainted with the recast of the terms. Read more.

After transfer of accounts to Šiaulių Bankas on 21 December, Your account numbers have changed  - previously used bank accounts with the bank Finasta have been changed to the respective accounts with Šiaulių Bankas, the on-line functionalities and administration rights  of which will remain the same.

For a definite period of time the funds credited to Your former bank account number with the bank Finasta will be automatically credited to Your bank account with Šiaulių Bankas.

A new bank account number with Šiaulių Bankas can be easily and quickly figured out by clicking this link.

Your investment account have become an account used for securities trading purposes exclusively.

Wishing to transfer funds to the other credit institution you have to:

  1. to transfer them to your bank account first,
  2. from the bank account you will be able to transfer them to other credit institution.

You may supplement your investment account also only through your bank account.

If you did not have a bank account with the bank Finasta, a  new bank account for Your convenience has been opened with Šiaulių Bankas. This account may be accessed and used in all usual ways (via the on-line banking system SB Linija or by visiting any customer service point of Šiaulių Bankas).

Your investment account number will  remain the same.

You can to administrate your accounts and login  to the securities trading platform via the on-line banking system of Šiaulių Bankas SB Linija. If:

  • You are already using SB Linija, Your accounts transferred  from the bank Finasta have been automatically assigned to the SB Linija;
  • You are not a user SB Linija ,  You may login to SB Linija using a user name, passwords and login means provided by the bank Finasta.

In Lithuania

If previously You had not a bank account with the bank Finasta, a new bank have been automatically opened with Šiaulių Bankas. Wishing to receive funds from the other banks operating in Lithuania, You have to provide Your new account number to a payer.

Wishing to receive funds from foreign banks, you have to provide the amended requisites to Your foreign business partners:

  • your account number with Šiaulių bankas;
  • Šiaulių Bankas  SWIFT code CBSB LT26;
  • Correspondents of Šiaulių bankas.

We kindly ask to inform Your business partners regarding amended account numbers and deliver other relevant information which may be important to the business relations.

Transfers between Your own accounts

A transfer between your investment account transmitted from the bank Finasta and your bank account with Šiaulių Bankas can be executed via SB Linija or in any following customer service point.

The conditions of the deposit agreement concluded with the bank Finasta shall not change.  Upon expiry if the deposit agreement with is subject to the automatic extension,  Šiaulių Bankas will start applying its interest on the deposit extension day.
