With regard to allocation of the former Ūkio bankas‘ clients to the good or the bad bank
After separating the good and the bad banks, Šiaulių bankas has been presented with the lists of the clients that have been transferred to Šiaulių bankas - the data of these clients can be accessed by the Šiaulių bankas‘ employees and by the former clients of Ūkio bankas themselves.
All the former clients of Ūkio bankas that are able seeing their accounts after connecting to the Internet banking system „Eta bankas“ can dispose their funds and further perform their financial transactions which are being gradually resumed by Šiaulių bankas (except clients non-residents).
If after connecting to the „Eta bankas| the client cannot see his accounts, cannot verify the balances on the accounts, it means , he and his liabilities (or a part of his deposits and liabilities) have been assigned to the bad bank - such resolution has been passed following the provisions of the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors.
