Šiaulių bankas is updating its information system - the bank's client service branches and “SB linija” will not operate over the weekend
please be informed that services rendered in all client service branches of Šiaulių bankas will be temporary suspended on 12 to 13 October 2013 (on Saturday and Sunday) due to the ongoing technology updates of Šiaulių bankas information system. The provision of banking services will be resumed on 14 October, Monday. Also, the bank's e-banking system SB linija will be not available over the weekend starting at 0.00 at midnight of 12 October until 2.00 pm of 13 October. Please note that “Eta bankas” will be operating as usually.
During the above mentioned days the clients will be able to use their payment cards of Šiaulių bankas at all trading venues as well as to cash their funds through the ATMs smoothly as usually.
To reduce the temporary inconvenience due to ongoing planned modernization work of the IT system we kindly invite you to carry out all the necessary financial transactions in the client service branches of Šiaulių bankas and via "SB linija" in advance.

In the nearest future Šiaulių bankas shall start the works of transfer of the accounts from the former information system of Ūkio bankas to the information system of Šiaulių bankas. The process of account transfer will be carried out in several stages and the clients will be informed about the particular changes individually through the e-banking or via e-mail.
The former clients of Ūkio bankas who do not have an account with Šiaulių bankas are kindly recommended to open it via the Internet - an application regarding the bank account opening in Šiaulių bankas can be submitted via the Internet through "Eta bankas" system. The clients wishing to sign an "SB linija” agreement or etc. are invited to visit the nearest or most convenient client service branch and to fill the required documents (a personal identification document is required).
