Šiaulių Bankas Invites Customers to Pay Fees and Taxes with Mobile Application
Šiaulių bankas has updated an application for smart devices. From now on the bank customers can pay fees and taxes by wireless communication. Šiaulių bankas is one of he first to introduce such option in Lithuania.
Šiaulių bankas mobile application includes tax and fee payment services available to the users of the SB linija online banking system. Using wireless communication, the customers of Šiaulių bankas can pay for all utilities: water, electricity, gas, heating and refuse collection, to pay for telecommunications and Internet services, to pay apartment house owners taxes, higher education institution contributions, etc.
"Use of the smart device application by the bank customers has surpassed our expectations. As we promised at the presentation of Šiaulių bankas application, we have broadened a range of financial transactions that can be carried out using wireless communication. The option to pay fees and utility bills through a mobile application is a novelty in Lithuania as yet, and we expect our customers to be active in taking advantage of it", Vytautas Sinius, Chief Executive Officer of Šiaulių bankas, said.
All the application services are available only to the SB linija users who connect to the application. They can check the funds in their accounts, view credited and debited amounts, make transfers between own accounts, payments at Šiaulių bankas, and euro payments to other banks registered in Lithuania, perform foreign exchange transactions, read the bank messages, answer them, etc.
The mobile application also provides you with access to the bank's news, the ATM or bank branch, exchange rates, or fast contact with the bank.
Šiaulių bankas mobile application runs on devices with iOS, Android and Windows Phone operating systems. The application can be downloaded from the relevant online stores Google Play, Apple Store and Windows Phone.
