Changes in Šiaulių Bankas service fees in July and September, 2017

Dear Clients,

Please be informed that certain changes in fees applicable to Šiaulių Bankas services and their terms for private and corporate clients will come into force since 07 July 2017 and 7 September 2017.

From 7 July this year

Credits to private clients
An updated early repayment credit fee applicable to mortgage, real estate credits as well as to other credits will come in force.

Some obsolete credit fees will be eliminated. All fees applicable to mortgage, real estate and other collateralized credits will be provided jointly - not distinguishing each credit type separately.

Transfers fro private and corporate clients
In order to increase the clarity of fees for the customers, the fee for transferring money through the Information System of Cash-Flow Restrictions (Lithuanian abbr. PLAIS) shall be included in the service fees.

Cash transactions in a customer service point for private and corporate customers
Conditions of the deposit placement and deposit and its interested pay out shall be adjusted.

From 7 September this year

Credits to private clients
A commitment fee calculated from the unused part of the credit amount, credit administration fee for agreement conclusion and a fee for amendments of the agreement terms shall be updated.

The Clients who agree with these published amendments to Šiaulių Bankas service fees do not need to take any actions.  The Clients who disagree with the amendments to service fees have a right to terminate the bank account or payment card agreement immediately as it is foreseen by the General Rules for the Provision of Services of Šiaulių Bankas by informing the bank in writing prior to the effective day of the updated fees.

We kindly remind that termination of the agreements does not exempt from the obligations to the bank assumed prior to the date of termination and their due implementation. It shall be deemed that the Client agrees with the amendments if he does not inform the Bank regarding his disagreement prior to the effective day of the amendments.
