Bonds of Šiaulių Bankas - on the List of Nasdaq Vilnius
From 06 December 2018, Šiaulių Bankas bonds are listed on the Baltic debt securities list of the Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange.

The issue of Šiaulių Bankas bonds was distributed in December 2017, at the same time the investors were introduced with the plans to include bonds to the Debt Securities List within 12 months from the issue of bonds.

Bond maturity date falls on 21 December 2020, however, the issue conditions provide for the issuer's right to redeem the bonds less than 12 months before that date.
Bond issue amounts to EUR 20 mln. Nominal value per bond - EUR 100, annual interest rate - 0.6 per cent. Bond interest shall be paid once a year.
This is already the tenth Baltic company, whose bonds are included in the Nasdaq Baltic Regulated Market Debt Securities List this year.
