·         Not more than 70 per cent of the market value of the purchased real estate

·         Up to 100 per cent of the market value of the real estate with the additional collateral

·         For new and used heavy vehicles

No limits are imposed on the production year of the purchased property

Up to 7 years for new machinery and up to 5 years for used machinery

Up to 90 per cent of the purchased property price

Repayments shall be adjusted to the frequency of farm's income

Collateral to ensure the repayment

Not applicable (purchased property is pledged)

Finance limit

In order to save while taking advantage our finance offers You may conclude a finance limit agreement with pledge of property.  Based on it You will be able to receive different credits not pledging additional collateral.

Upon necessity of additional funding, the present pledge agreement shall be amended and no new agreements will be needed, thus, notary public expenses will be less.
