The bank Finasta AB (integrated into  Šiaulių Bankas since 2016)

The bank Finasta AB was founded in 2008 as the first investment bank in Lithuania. Šiaulių Bankas AB owns 100 per cent of the company's shares. The bank Finasta focuses on investments and private banking services. The bank provides complex investment and finance management services to private and corporate customers. 

The financial brokerage company Finasta (integrated into  Šiaulių Bankas since 2016)

The financial brokerage company Finasta was founded in 1994. Šiaulių Bankas AB owns 100 per cent of the company's shares. The company focuses on securities account management and strategic consulting on securities circulation issues.

UAB Šiaulių banko lizingas

UAB Šiaulių banko lizingas was established in 1999 and has successfully established itself among other leasing companies since. The company expands its activities through Šiaulių Bankas branches and customer service centres, similarly to Šiaulių Bankas targeting small and medium-sized customers. 100% of the company's shares belong to Šiaulių Bankas.

UAB Šiaulių banko investicijų valdymas (SB Investment Management)

Šiaulių banko investiciju valdymas UAB (SB Investment Management), is the subsidiary of Šiaulių bankas AB, established on 31 August 2000. Šiaulių bankas AB owning 100% of the company’s votes, is the only shareholder of SB Investment Management UAB.

SB Investment Management is a risk capital company offering Lithuanian small and medium enterprises the complex investment and financing models. The specialists of SB Investment Management collaborate with the banks, leasing companies and designs the non-traditional models of investment and finance management which allows the companies solving their temporary capital shortage, optimisation of the shareholders’ structure and finance management problems as well as successfully develop their business.

UAB Šiaulių banko turto fondas (SB Property Fund)

Šiaulių banko turto fondas UAB ( SB Property Fund) , is the subsidiary of Šiaulių Bankas AB , which was established on 13 August, 2002. Šiaulių bankas AB owning 100% of the company’s votes, is the only shareholder of SB Property Fund.

SB Property Fund is engaged  in long-term investment in land and real estate. It includes all project stages starting from the initial ideas and development of a concept till  the final implementation and rent or sales of the real estate.

SB Property Fund activities are segmented mainly in Vilnius, Klaipėda, Kaunas, Šiauliai, Druskininkai.

UAB Minera

„Minera“ UAB is a subsidiary of Šiaulių bankas AB acquired in 2010. Šiaulių bankas AB owning 100% of the company’s votes, is the only shareholder of Minera UAB.

„Minera“ UAB is investment in real estate and project development company engaged in completion, implementation and realization of the unfinished projects. 

UAB SBTF

„SBTF“ UAB is a subsidiary of Šiaulių bankas AB,  acquired in 2010. Šiaulių bankas AB,  which has 100% of the company’s votes, is the only shareholder of SBTF UAB.

UAB Pavasaris

„Pavasaris“ UAB is a subsidiary of Šiaulių bankas AB, which was acquired in 2012. Šiaulių bankas AB owning 100% of the company’s votes, is the major shareholder of Pavasaris UAB.

„Pavasaris“ UAB was established on 25 of September 1992. It is engaged in the development of residential apartment area „Pavasaris“ which is located in Lazdynai district, in Vilnius. The Pavasaris area according to approved detailed plan consists of 10 residential block of flats with underground parking areas and garages, 7 of which have been built during the period of 2005- 2013.  The supermarket „IKI“ was  built in the residential area Pavasaris in 2009, and 2 kindergarten groups were established and opened in 2010 and 2011.

Life insurance „Bonum Publicum“ UAB

„Bonum Publicum” is a life insurance company successfully operating in Lithuania since 2000 which renders services for financial security of families. Šiaulių bankas owns 100 per cent of  „Bonum Publicum“ UAB shares.
