Bank board

The Bank’s Board is a collegial Bank’s management body consisting of 5 (five) members. It manages the Bank, administers its affairs and takes responsibility for the Bank’s financial service implementation under the applicable law. The Bank’s Board is elected by the Bank’s Supervisory Council for the period of 4 years.

Algirdas Butkus 
Chairman of the Board of Šiaulių bankas since 1999;
(Chairman of the Supervisory Council from 1992 - 1999);
Chief Executive Officer of Šiaulių bankas.

Under the right of ownership owns 4.49 per cent of the bank’s shares and votes, belongs to the group of 16 shareholders having a consent from the Bank of Lithuania to acquire the qualified share of the authorized capital and voting rights of the bank, reaching or exceeding 50 per cent.
